Troutman was contracted to design the freight elevator with a vandal proof design.
SPECIFICATIONS
Troutman provided a full cab package for the new cab installation. The cab interior included a vandal proof design with a custom ceiling for large cargo.
Situated on the northeast corner of 84th Street between 84th and 85th Streets this full-service white glove building was built in 1929 as a cooperative.
